Supported Living Coaching
Supported Living Coaching helps adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live as independently as possible. Our coaches teach practical skills in a person’s own home or apartment, including house-hunting, budgeting, meal planning, and scheduling medical appointments. We also focus on community integration, helping clients participate in events, recreational programs, and job training opportunities.
Household Management
Assistance with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe living environment.

Support with budgeting, bill payment, banking, and financial decision-making.
Health Management
Assistance with medication management, doctor appointments, and overall wellness.

Personal Supports & Respite
Our Personal Support services provide compassionate hands-on help with daily living tasks at home. Staff can assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, laundry, housekeeping, and other routines. Respite care offers temporary relief for families, ensuring parents and siblings get much-needed breaks while their loved one receives quality care.

Life Skills Development
Life Skills Development connects clients with social and recreational activities to build confidence and autonomy. Our companions encourage individuals to try new experiences, practice communication, and develop routines. We use positive teaching methods to help clients master skills like using public transit, social etiquette, or money-handling in real-world settings.
Social Skills
Development of communication, relationship building, and appropriate social interaction skills.
Employment Preparation
Training in job search, interview skills, workplace etiquette, and career development.
Functional Academics
Practical application of reading, writing, and math skills in everyday situations.
Independent Living
Development of cooking, cleaning, shopping, transportation, and other daily living skills.
